HOW TO JOINClicking the link will take you to the MCA website. Here you will Register online and purchase AECC membership and Purchase a license via the Manitoba Cycling Association (MCA) or directly through CCN. (minimum of a General Membership is required).

2017 WEEKLY ROAD RIDES AND EXCURSIONS
Below you'll find details about the 2017 road ride schedule. We've added to our weekly ride calendar. If there is a ride you'd like to lead, let us know. This club is for you.
If you want to try out the club before you join, we get that. All you have to do is sign a waiver and the first ride is free. Additional rides weill require an AECC/MCA membership. If you haven't ridden with us before show up a few minutes early so you can meet the ride leader and go over the details of the ride.
Road bikes and helmets are required for road rides. Daytime visible lights are strongly recommended. All rides are no drop, except where noted. You are required to sign in for all rides.

For the more experienced rider, this is a chance to share or hone your skills, and enjoy the ride voted as ‘most fun and friendly road ride in the world’* A helmet is required. Follow the ride leaders’ instructions at all times. Please bring enough nutrition (snacks, water, energy drinks) for around 2.5 hours riding, and the spares to fix a flat. A road bike is required for this ride. This is a no drop ride that breaks in to two (sometimes three) groups to accommodate different paces. 2017 MOUNTIAN BIKE RIDES AND EXCURSIONS
Below you'll find details about the 2017 mountain bike ride schedule. If there is a ride you'd like to lead, let us know. This club is for you.
Club rides require an AECC/MCA membership. If you haven't ridden with us before show up a few minutes early so you can meet the ride leader and go over the details of the ride.
Road bikes and helmets are required all rides. Ensure you've packed the appropriate amount of food and water for the length of ride and the conditions.
GROUP RIDE AND TRAIL PREP | ||

PRESENTED BY: Alter Ego Cycling ClubOur first mountain bike ride will be at the Sandilands race course venue Sunday May 28th.
We will be riding the course while doing some lite trail work to prepare the course for the Manitoba Cup # 3. Please bring some hand trimmers or other small tools that you can ride with to assist in the trail work. I understand the trails are in good shape and shouldn't require much work, the more hands we have helping out the quicker we can put the tools away and just ride!
We will be meeting at suicide hill at 9:30am, direction are available here. Contact me at szayac@gmail.com or text 204-771-1925 if you wish to car pool, we can arrange to meet near deacons corner around 8:00am if needed. I will be on site most of the day if you would like to come out later as well. However I will likely be on the trail most of the day and may not be at the trail head. Note this is a Alter Ego club ride, participants are required to have a MCA license and Alter Ego Club membership to participate. We're still looking for volunteers to assist on race day (June 4th). We need people to assist in many was such as food and registration. Shifts are available in the morning, afternoon or both!
